As Director, you’ll lead a high-performing team to drive strategic sourcing in HR, Facility Management, Real Estate, and Mobility—impacting some €200M in spend. Collaborate with global leaders, influence executive leadership decisions, and deliver measurable value through innovation, simplification, and sustainability. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and grow a regional team of ~8 procurement professionals across Europe and beyond, and closely collaborate with other regional teams.
  • Develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies and projects across key categories of HR, Facilities, Real Estate, and Mobility.
  • Deliver measurable results: achieve mid/high single-digit % savings, reduce supplier base by 25%+, and optimize payment terms.
  • Align with global procurement leads to drive consistency and harmonization across regions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align procurement with strategic business goals.
  • Drive digital transformation, compliance, and sustainability in procurement processes and operations.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, knowledge within HR/FM/RE/Mobility is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional, regional and global teams.
  • Strong stakeholder, people management and influencing skills, including at executive level
  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and digital literacy.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
  • A high level of integrity, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
