Digital Business Analyst

 

Join our team as a Digital Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies by analyzing commercial performance, customer behavior, and digital workflows. You'll collaborate across teams Digital & Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to optimize customer journeys and support CRM initiatives through insightful reporting, dashboard creation, and process documentation. Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Contribute to change initiatives by helping prepare user guides, and training materials, and supporting the rollout of digital tools;
  • Identify inefficiencies in current digital workflows and recommend automation or optimization opportunities;
  • Document processes, findings, and recommendations in a clear and structured way;
  • Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to support targeted CRM activities.

  • Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 46,541 to € 86,265 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6,11% my choice budget and much more.
