Are you passionate about financial performance and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization? We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and managing the full Profit & Loss (P&L), delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will collaborate closely with senior finance and business stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Your key responsibilities

Analyse the P&L and Balance Sheet, identifying key drivers of performance and variances.
Support monthly reporting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting.

Customer-first approach, turning ideas into impactful solutions

You bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, cash management, or OPEX control
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Power BI dashboard creation or SAP experience is a plus)
Ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
High level of integrity and attention to detail
