As an Automation Compounder you’ll be working to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities
- Identifies, prioritizes and imports batches to be produced on Fricke automated filling equipment.
- Identify split batches or split the batches manually between the (3) Fricke filling systems: Multi cluster, Dosing Cluster and Manual Filling station.
- Operates and monitors the mechanical performance of the automated filling system during assigned shift.
- Advises compounders of the specifics of the batches coming from automation on the size, priority and how many pots.
- Identifies raw materials needing replenishing (stock alarms), removes empty drum and installs/connects new drum on the mezzanine level.
- Ensures that equipment is in good working order and advises supervisor of any operating issues/malfunctions and ensures proper cleaning of equipment daily.

You bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial work experience required; automation chemical compounding experience preferred.
- Minimum two years' experience of forklift driving and warehouse experience
- Working knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Ability to handle to heavy materials, including drums (lifting requirement of up to 60 lbs.).
