Are you an experienced quality manager with a passion for excellence and customers?

Join our dynamic Centralized 3rd Party Manufacturing (C3PM) Quality Team at our Health, Nutrition and Care business. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners and coordinate a team responsible to oversee supplier qualifications, batch releases, and quality performance management, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

3rd party manufacturer oversight and product quality management: Oversee quality management for a portfolio of 3rd party manufacturing products and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners facilitating effective communication and service to customers.

Quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance: Organize monitoring and audits plans, conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues, contribute to change management for a portfolio of 3rd party manufacturing products, while continuously improving quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Data analysis, reporting, and customer interaction: Analyze quality data to identify trends, report on quality performance and areas for improvement, and manage customer complaints to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and continuous improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and support to team members, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, customer centricity and operational efficiency.

Strategy, leadership, and people management: Provide support and guidance to team members to meet organizational goals and compliance standards.

You bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or a similar role in the food or allied industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Knowledge of relevant food and pharma legislation and regulations. Experience with Halal and Kosher standards are an additional asset.
  • Experience in risk assessment and quality system auditing standards (GFSI).
  • Practical experience in quality control laboratories and in chemical / biological manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Experience to work with diverse and cross-functional teams, internally and externally.

 

Important note

  • The HNC business unit covers a diverse customer base with varying levels of customer expectations and requirements (e.g. Early Life Nutrition, Pharma, Dietary Supplements…) covered by various regulatory standards. The position holder, while not necessary to be a subject matter expert in every area, needs to have a high degree of learning agility and technical content.
