This role manage the execution of all utility management tasks within a team in accordance with QSHE- and manufacturing requirements. To ensure the normal and effective operation of the utility equipment, by leading the shifts in their tasks of supplying the necessary utilities to the production plants in the most economical way and SHE responsible way. To ensure all effluents from the site (process effluent, sanitary effluent) are collected and treated in order to comply with the local legislation and discharge standards.

 

 

You Key Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up utility related annual plan and implement accordingly.And be responsible to set up related budget and control cost in responsible area. Including control of overtime.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Overall lead Utility and WWTP to support the site continuous operations.Ensure all equipment and facilities are in safe operating conditions and well maintained, and run at the most economical and compliant way.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance department on equipment corrective and preventive maintenance to good availability of plant.
  • Complete supervision of all shifts and motivate staff to form an effectively-working team. Reasonably arrange production tasks and allocate resources.
  • Improve people development and training plan; train and coach staff under a good plan to ensure all staff be competent for their job with good safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure all the products and activities within the department meet the requirements of customers. Including supports to plants for site pipe rack, site underground pipe network and electric related in case of questions raised from customers.Execute other tasks assigned by line manager

You Bring

  • University degree major in engineering or related subjects,such as mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, thermal energy engineering, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in own discipline: 
    Experience in service and/or facility management activities or related working experience:   5+ years
  • Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplines:
    Broad experience in a production environment.
  • Managerial and social knowledge and experience: 
  • Good communication and social skills; Good organizational skills
