Job Title: Manager GES Finance ANH
Location: Hyderabad, India
The Operations Managers maintain ownership of the financial closing processes, by planning, monitoring and driving all financial closing activities and by performing detailed reporting and analysis.
The role further includes owning and organizing meeting structures with RFC, providing follow-up in case of performance or timing issues, structurally performing evaluations and improvements of the closing processes. Closing processes comprise related activities within the teams of accounting to reporting, Intercompany accounting & reconciliation, Asset accounting and CFA/Tax departments.
Managing the people, stakeholders, and organization initiatives and ensure all KPI as well as agreed SLA are met.

Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to and be an active member of the Operations Management Team
- Own and put resolution action plans in place for all major incidents occurring within your specific areas of responsibility.
- Manage specific Stakeholder relationships in the achievement of organizational objectives – act as the main point of contact and undertake regular performance review sessions.
- Work with the Leadership Team to develop and improve operational performance.
- Support the development of changes to business operations to support BAU financial closing and reconciliation activities.
- Provide support for the month end close process for Finance Operationsleaders, data owners, IT, and M&A governance) to continuously improve MDM services and outcomes.

You bring
- Proven ability to quickly prioritize, manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders, and consistently deliver results under tight and challenging deadlines.
- Brings 10–14 years of professional experience, including people management exposure, enabling mature judgment, leadership presence, and delivery focus.
- Comfortable working autonomously within virtual, cross‑regional teams, effectively collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrates a hands‑on approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills, supported by prior experience working as a people manager.
- Ability to influence without formal authority, solve complex problems, and operate effectively in dynamic, fast‑changing, and ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to collaborate, contribute, and perform effectively within team‑based environments while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
