Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end monthly IBP / S&OP cycle for IMA, ensuring strong alignment across Demand, Supply, and Finance to deliver one integrated business plan.
- Translate commercial demand into feasible supply and capacity plans, balancing manufacturing capabilities, material availability, and service targets.
- Act as the central planning interface for manufacturing sites, supporting production scheduling, inventory optimization, and overall service performance.
- Ensure IBP plans align with Budget, RAF, and business outlook, enabling data-driven leadership decisions and business transparency.
- Identify and mitigate demand, supply, and operational risks proactively, while supporting supply chain readiness for product launches, transitions, and process transfers.
- Drive S&OP process maturity and planning discipline, providing visibility on OTIF, inventory exposure, lead times, and maintaining strong governance in Kinaxis / SAP IBP systems.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business; MBA or certifications such as APICS / IBP are preferred but not mandatory.
- 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, IBP, or Operations Planning within manufacturing or supply-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and drive structured, execution-focused decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of SAP R3/APO and Power BI, with familiarity in planning tools such as Kinaxis or SAP IBP preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing realities, lead times, and supply constraints, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and frequent operational changes.
- Confident communicator experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders from shop floor teams to senior leadership.
