Your key responsibilities
•Maintain a local QA (ISO 9001:2015)  & RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil ) system that ensures the highest level of product quality and services to the customer (including managing quality systems F-GMP programs, and enforcing corporate policies, methods and specifications). 
•Lead and co-ordinate on customer, supplier, government, corporate and internal audits of the local site.
• Lead on the client complaint investigation, conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) with stakeholders and liaise with clients
•Conduct Quality training to Operational team. 
•Execute and implement any continuous improvement, site projects, regional or global projects as per assigned. 
•Conduct, co-ordinate and set up proces flow and/or validation protocol for new equipments and new processes with Operations.

You bring
•University  degree with chemistry background
•3 to 5 years in QA in a chemical or perfume manufacturing environment
•Fluent in English speaking and writing
•Quality Assurance : knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Audit management, QMS (Quality Management System) Knowledge, Complaint handling and project management experience. Familar with data analysis tools.    
•Familiar with SAP system, MS office application, powerBI and other IS application that can support Quality activities.  
•People leadership (To build good collaboration with stakeholders)
