Your key responsibilities

•    Analyze portfolio performance to reveal opportunities for value, efficiency, and impact
•    Shape bold scenarios and recommendations to guide keep/grow/exit decisions
•    Align real‑estate strategy with business growth, talent needs, and sustainability ambitions
•    Track market intelligence to anticipate shifts and benchmark our global footprint
•    Steer financial planning across budgets, forecasts, ROI, and risk mitigation
•    Influence and partner with senior leaders to drive decisions and execute portfolio actions

You bring

• A degree in real estate, finance, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience that shows strong analytical and strategic thinking
• A strong sense of ownership, you take initiative, speak up, and deliver what matters
• Proven experience in portfolio planning, real‑estate strategy, or financial analysis, with confidence working across complex, global environments
• A strategic, analytical mindset with experience in real‑estate, portfolio, or financial planning
• Curiosity and an innovator’s instinct to spot smarter, more sustainable ways to create impact
• Resilience and confidence using data and scenario modeling to guide key decisions
• A collaborative spirit that thrives across teams, functions, and geographies
