Associate Director Finance, TTH Ingredient Solution

In this role you will be responsible for business partnering with TTH China leadership as well as TTH Ingredient Solution APAC leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, overseeing & co ordinating all financial related activities & functions within the designated geographic area.
Your key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the actual commercial performance of the region, focusing on sales, margins (Gpx), Opex and OWC.
- Develop and manage regional budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and provide actionable insights to reach committed target.
- Lead and manage all financial day-to-day operations for the assigned region/area (eg: Credit management, rebate, AR, overdue, inventory write-off, bad debts, contracts etc).
- Support Global Segment Controllers in managing the overall financial performance of the region. Act as interface between the business segment global and the region finance, coordinate month-end closing for the region with close cooperation with global and local FC&A/FSS team as well as other Business Unit finance. Represent TTH ISOL finance in region, co-ordinate process within region functions and different region business teams in topics such as premix operation, IBP etc.
- Responsible for business cases of project from local. Steer the project team towards value creation based on financial opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant procedures, and responsible for other Ad hoc finance support based on business needs in region.

You bring
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or related field.15 years of progressive experience in finance & controlling, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP. Experience in SAP implementation FICO model/Power BI.
• Experience in leading budgeting and forecasting. Strong analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, personnel impact and team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Verbal and written).
