Your key responsibilities
- Annual Marketing Plans: Support development and execution of marketing plans, including category trend analysis and tactical implementation.
- Business Analysis: Conduct monthly business reviews using sales data, Nielsen, and other research to identify performance drivers and ROI.
- Competitive Monitoring: Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Budget & P&L Management: Manage A&S budget, reconcile monthly, process invoices, and monitor variance drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, supply chain, legal, regulatory, and media teams to deliver initiatives.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Lead packaging updates, creative asset routing, and support organic social content.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA preferred) and 2–5 years of CPG brand marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, Nielsen, and market research.
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Solid understanding of P&L drivers and budget management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest and knowledge in leveraging AI tools to assist in daily tasks
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100K-$140K.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
