Associate Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care – Remote, US

Location: Remote, US

 

Join a global leader in nutritional science as an Associate Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care supporting the dietary supplements market across the Southeastern United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in Florida where most of our customers are located. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, drive sales performance aligned with dsmfirmenich nutritional products objectives and build longterm partnerships by delivering customerfocused solutions. Youll represent a company recognized for sustainability and innovation, ensuring all activities meet dsmfirmenich standards while consistently meeting and exceeding business goals.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products within the dietary supplements industries, achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets
  • Monitor and analyze customer and product sales performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing quotations, to drive customer engagement and growth
  • Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory
  • Prospect new customers, identify growth opportunities, and champion innovation in the marketplace
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline through effective use of the CRM platform

You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
  • Dietary Supplements industry experiences a strong plus but not required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time – primarily domestic travel
  • Demonstrate experience in communicating with a variety of functions to generate sales
  • Positive attitude with a drive toward meeting and exceeding targets
  •  Bachelor’s Degree required in technical or business field

 

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000-$115,000.

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
