Assistant Customer Care ANH (m/w/d)

Your key responsilities

  • Support the Order-to-Cash process, including order handling, invoicing, and delivery coordination
  • Maintain and update customer master data, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and documentation, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Export departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports, price offers, and marketing presentations to support commercial activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, import/export regulations, and customer-specific requirements

You bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, commercial operations, or logistics
  • Fluency in English and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • A team player attitude, with flexibility, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
