We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice for the Procurement Logistics to join our EMEA team (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) . This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid foundation in procurement logistics processes within a dynamic, international environment. You will support our category managers and buyers and collaborate with cross-functional teams & project to help ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Procurement Logistics team in the strategy development and sourcing projects of road transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services across the EMEA region.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and Identify and/or contribute to continuous improvement projects, including process standardization
- Develop decision-support and control tools using Excel, Power BI, and VBA
- Support Category Managers and Buyers in their day-to-day activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and compliance to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Help maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Assist in tracking logistics spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the team with reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis where needed.
- Contribute to our responsible sourcing journey ensuring suppliers are onboarded in Ecovadis and SBTi.
- Develop internal communication for the Procurement department (e.g., market updates, newsletters)
you bring
- Recently completed a degree or master in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration or Engineering
- Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and international supply chain operations.
- Good communication skills in English (French language is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power Bi.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Fast learner. Proactivity and curiosity are key elements.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment.
