Apprentice Perfumery Innovation Project Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

 

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager Apprentice and gain hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. This role is designed for recent graduates or master's students eager to develop project management skills in a fast-paced environment. With structured mentorship and real-world exposure, this apprenticeship provides a strong foundation for a future full-time position.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate simple projects with supervision, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and identifying potential risks and solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to different aspects of project execution.
  • Help drive efficiency by learning and utilizing project management tools and processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Gain exposure to strategic project reviews and decision-making processes.
  • Support Business Analytics and Data gathering. Pulling reports and dashboards on INnovation Sales.

You bring:

  • A recent graduate or current master's student in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; other languages such as Spanish or French are an advantage.

 

We value:

  • Knowledge of Perfumery business and technical background (chemistry or science background is a plus)
