We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join to the Global business planning team for our Perfumery & Beauty division. Your role will be support key planning processes that drive alignment between supply, demand, and financial goals across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment.

Your key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of monthly IBP cycles.
- Support data gathering, validation, and visualization to enable effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inputs to planning processes.
- Help maintain planning tools, dashboards, and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic projects.

You bring
- Recently completed a Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Great problem solving and high level of autonomy
- Advanced Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- High level communications skills.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a global team environment.
- Knowledge or exposure to planning tools (SAP/Kinaxis is a plus)
