Key responsabilities

Assist in collecting, structuring, validating, and ensuring the quality of finance-related master data such as cost centers, GL accounts, and product hierarchy.
Support the mapping and reconciliation of data between legacy systems and the new planning solution.
Help maintain the project backlog, tasks, and timelines using Jira, and contribute to preparing meeting materials and documentation in Confluence.
Participate in user acceptance testing, document the results, and follow up on any defects or issues.
Assist in creating end-user documentation and provide support during deployment and training sessions.
Coordinate communication between local business units and central teams, supporting alignment of data requirements across business and technical stakeholders.

We bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with strong interest in financial planning processes and project-based work.
Clear and concise communication in English (additional languages a plus).
Good organizational and time management skills, Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of data structures, with attention to detail and accuracy. Database management and critical analysis (is a plus).
Advanced management of Microsoft 365, proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
Technical skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, SAP BW4/HANA, SAP Analysis for office, SQL, ETL (is a plus)
