We are in search of a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide valuable contribution to our Demand Planning community supporting continuous improvement projects in different areas: process efficiency, communication, digitalization, analytics ....

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive analysis and identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes; both qualitative/quantitative data
  • Update forecasts and collaborate with the commercial team to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Prepare weekly/monthly demand reports and dashboards with clear insights, variance analysis, and recommendations.
  • Project Management: participate and support on key projects (DATA ONE, Forecasting HUB). you'll collaborate with our digital and tech experts.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Supply Planning) to capture demand signals and validate assumptions; Power BI knowledge is a plus for visualization and insights.

You bring

  • Individual that embraces multiculturalism and diversity
  • Strong communication skills in English in both written and verbal communication.
  • Passionate about digitalisation tool and data analytics.
  • Advanced level of Excel, PowerBi or other data visualization tools, MS Office applications. SAP Knowledge is a plus
  • Good analytical and organization skills. 
  • Great problem solving and high level of autonomy 
  • Creative, open-minded, and willing to learn attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
