Key Responsibilities
•    As part of the perfumery team, you will support us in all administrative & sensory tasks.

•    Project Management while ensuring a correct data entering through all the different systems: Atlas, crystal.

•    Sample management from lab and factory to clients and internal teams.
•    Price letters creation and even when requested create the price simulation in the system.
•    In this role, besides the main tasks mentioned, we need this person to be commercial team's right hand, and in contact with the clients, especially when the commercials are travelling.
•    We need support in consumer panel, evaluation facility support.

•    Fully developed IT skills, including proficiency in Word; Excel; Powerpoint, Outlook & SAP. 

•    A highly organized and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritize workload.
•    Multitask ability.
•    Team working skills, but able to work proactively and independent.
•    Flexibility - adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
•    Interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing in English, Spanish and ideally, French.
