Your key responsibilities
Managing Customer Base and Relationships
- Set up, coordinate & execute specific account management tactics and plans to realize agreed sales growth and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short and long term while maintaining running business.
- Manage and coordinate sales and customer activities in support of business strategy and objectives.
- Develop and acquire new customer accounts and grow sales.
- Implement strategic account planning and manage account relationship(s) to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of the account. Ensure proper execution of agreements.
- Coordinate AD/TS projects at the customer level assuring their progression to commercial sales in support of retaining existing sales.
Realization of Sales and Sales Development
- Actively investigate customer needs to identify solutions for collaboration, sales opportunities and uncover industry trends that align within the Biomedical Business strategy.
- Realization of short-term budget revenue targets in a specific market segment within specific customer accounts.
- Implement, within agreed boundaries, the product line sales strategies; prepare and present cost estimates and price quotations within set pricing policies of the product lines.
- Responsible for planning and forecasting sales for his/her accounts and assistance with the on-time payment of invoices keeping Accounts Receivable (AR) overdue to a minimum.
Prospect and Market Development
- Development of new sales prospects to deliver long term growth expectations.
- Developing and building relationships with customers/end users in the assigned market segment(s).
- Knows Biomedical’s breadth of products and services and can sell across the entire portfolio.
- Knows competitor’s offerings and value propositions and uses such knowledge for differentiated positioning of Biomedical’s product, technology and service offerings.
- Contributes to the development of business / market segment strategic marketing plan through ongoing assessment of and providing feedback on Biomedical product competitiveness and industry trends and analysis.

You bring
- + 5+ years’ direct sales experience with proven track record/capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial sales professional who proactively develops business with her/his customers, actively prospects.
- In depth understanding of sales process, contracting, licensing and other tools and experience in negotiating complex sales agreements.
- Integrative business leaders display strong business acumen to strategically develop and manage his/her accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Customer leaders who thoroughly understand customers’ needs, establish privileged relationships and actively influence their innovation and purchasing decisions.
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic driver who pushes himself/herself and her/his team to deliver ambitious results, is productive, perseverant, well organized, and communicates convincingly internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects with good follow-through. Able to prioritize and focus.
- Must be able to work with a high degree of independence within corporate sales & marketing procedures and guidelines.
- Willingness to travel at 30%-60% based on territory needs and international travel may be required multiple times per year.
- Experience in a business-to-business market.
- Good clinical/technical understanding and affinity with medical technology. Displays deep knowledge of Biomedical product portfolio and products’ use in end-market and products’ differentiation versus competition.
- Team-players who foster teamwork, leverage and orchestrate other functions with adequate sense of urgency to deliver full value to customers, share insights with colleagues.
