Account Manager
Job Title: Account Manager - Baking, Confectionary & Ingredients Processing
Location: São Paulo - Brazil
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across South LATAM and Central America, managing and expanding key accounts within Bakery, Confectionery and Ingredients Processing. Acting as a strategic and consultative partner to customers, this role combines strong commercial leadership with technical expertise in ingredients such as enzymes, vitamins and hydrocolloids, focusing on long-term value creation, white space development and sustainable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and own strategic account plans for South LATAM and Central America, translating business strategies into financial targets, profitability goals and actionable plans.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities and white spaces across Bakery, Confectionery and Ingredients Processing.
- Drive the execution of account plans through defined KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with commercial, technical and decision-making stakeholders within key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely closure of sales agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects, including technical support, innovation initiatives and after-sales activities.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience in technical or ingredient sales, preferably involving enzymes, vitamins and/or hydrocolloids.
- Proven experience managing regional or LATAM accounts, with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of Bakery, Confectionery and food processing applications, including customer and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Willingness and availability to travel up to 40% across Latin America.
