Job Title: Sales Account Manager RCB

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a successful working relationship with one of our key global clients in the Perfumery sector, ensuring long-term collaboration and trust.
- Define clear account objectives, craft a robust commercial strategy, and implement it effectively through a tailored account plan.
- Identify critical business needs to secure wins and provide strategic input to management, helping shape the direction of the growth office.
- Lead strategic discussions and negotiations, including core list and partnership agreements, to strengthen client engagement and drive mutual value.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects with internal teams and stakeholders, while building a strong management network within the client organization.
- Drive business growth through proactive client engagement, identifying market opportunities, managing the product lifecycle with operational teams, and overseeing account performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
