Your key responsibilities
CUSTOMERS MANAGEMENT
- Plan, prepare and set objectives for client meetings (face to face, teams)
- Share visit reports within 48 hours, client information and feedback, and when needed conduct post-mortem analysis
- Define P&B potential for all your customers, then develop account objectives, commercial strategy. Understand and document the competitive landscape, implement actions through Account Plans for strategically identified customers.
- Drive proactivity and build a strong business plan to attack potential - Maximise Vitality and secure strong pipeline and high conversation (from proactive to solicited/high ROI)
- Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients, establish DSM-Firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business
PROJECTS MANAGEMENT
- Complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into DSM - Firmenich projects; brief creation and development teams – use brief templates (check list)
- Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Responsible to manage products life cycle through Atlas (AN1, AN2, Disc, Adoption), demand planning, customer care (CX) interactions to ensure high level of service to clients and good working practices for DSM- Firmenich (such as good forecasts)
- Build the account sales budget annually and mitigation plans to ensure targets are met
- Monitor sales and profitability (basic knowledge of P&L) versus objectives through Qlik, provide input to monthly Sales forecast (demand planning) and quarterly RAF’s - Kinaxis
- Monitor and optimize all other financial aspects of the account, in particular expenses (incl. market research) and clients overdues

You bring
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Experience in Account Management for 5 years.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture.
