Your key responsibilities:
- Meet KPI targets (Sales, GPx, NBD, CAPs, personal objectives) aligned with regional marketing goals and global pricing strategy; manage order-to-cash process, including money collection.
- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned markets with central support; use CRM to track follow-ups and action plans for customers.
- Build strong knowledge of markets, customers, and competitors; employ Value Marketing & Selling to distinguish dsm-firmenich products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches; provide excellent service to ensure rapid adoption of new products and forms.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at regional customers to initiate innovation projects and long-term collaborations.
- Own and drive full service performance; support customer service and other departments in fulfilling their roles; provide competitive intelligence to Market Development and Segment Managers; closely monitor customers' economic situations to optimize the customer portfolio.

You bring:
- Master’s degree preferred; Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Engineer, Animal Nutrition / Science
- 3-5 years of experience in feed industry and field practice. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in an unsupervised capacity while maintaining focus. Outstanding presentation, selling, communication, and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated superior sales project management skills and evidence of the ability to successfully complete projects.
- Pakistani native and fluent in English with driving license & availability for travelling within the country as well abroad.
