Account Manager (F/H)
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Business Development: identify opportunities within existing customers, prospect new potential clients. You actively participate in sales strategy and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with research, development, production, and logistics teams to ensure products meet client expectations and are delivered on time. You act as the link between the client and various internal functions of the company.
- Technical Support: Provide first level of technical support and advice to clients on product usage, innovations, and best practices in animal nutrition. You will be supported by a local species technical team.
- Negotiation and Contractualization: Negotiate terms of contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring conditions are favourable for both parties and compliant with company policies.
- Client Satisfaction Monitoring: Measure and analyse client satisfaction, gather feedback, and use it to continuously improve the products and services offered.
- Innovative Products and Services: Engage in cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of animal nutrition and additives, contributing to meaningful advancements in the industry.

- Qualifications: BAC+5 engineer or equivalent in agrifoods.
- Professional experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in nutrition, animal production.
