Account Manager, Turkiye, Animal Nutrition & Health

Job Title: Account Manager Turkiye, Animal Nutrition and Health
Location: İzmir Region, Turkiye

Interested in working for an industry leader that values safety, sustainability, and employee development? If you’re graduated from Veterinary or Animal Nutrition/Science Faculty and you would like to work in Sales environment, grow within a in dynamic animal nutrition industry which produces and sells vitamins, eubiotics, enzymes – this could be the perfect match for you!
 
Your key responsibilities
  • To identify new business opportunities and develop own market
  • To define and implement customer action plans for existing and to win new accounts.
  • Creating customer visit plans, cash collection and reporting to Sales and Finance
  • Close follow up the economical situations of the customers to be proactive and optimizing customer portfolio.
  • Collecting relevant customer and competitor information
  • Coordinating and ensuring resolution of customer complaints
  • This position will report to the Head of Sales based in Turkiye.

You bring
  • University degree (PhD preferred) in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Nutrition, or related fields
  • Proven track record of outstanding professional achievements or scientific contributions in relevant areas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in an unsupervised capacity while maintaining focus
  • Results oriented with excellent relationship building abilities
  • Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills
  • Concise and astute communication skills
  • Demonstrated superior sales project management skills and evidence of the ability to successfully complete projects
  • Turkish native and English fluent
  • Availability for travelling
  • Driving license
