Within our Perfumery and Beauty business unit, Account manager based in South Korea is playing a key role in bring progress into life of various clients in South Korea. This role forms part of the cluster Commercial team, working closely with the Sales Director, Account manager, Development team and regional functions in APAC region.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage direct business with local accounts in the region; achieves the sales related financial targets for the affiliate/area; translates/implements the Zone sales strategy into the specific market/area sales plan;
- Use pricing tool and directives to achieve margins targets (PM & GM) ; optimizes sales force customer coverage in line with local, technical, marketing and Global accounts requirements;
- Secure and maintain account plans for customer area of responsibilities; provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction; quotes and negotiates following Corporate pricing directives.
- Contribute to feedback to management on the market needs for future strategies; develops and sustains productive customer partnerships at all levels; implements corporate commercial strategies (e.g. currency, packaging transport, payment terms...); maintain and adapt the plan for expansion into the Region in line with identified opportunities
- Document via sales calls, interprets briefs and communicates that information to their respective division, to the marketing and technical functions to ensure open communications so that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied
- Keep abreast of competitive activities, prices and new business opportunities; issue comprehensive action reports as per client’s briefs; monitors commercial expenses

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Management, Marketing, Economics)
- 5-10 years of Perfumery/ingredients sales experience or related fields in international environment
- Passion for the fragrance industry
- Project Management, negotiation and communication skills
- Good team player, that can work well in collaborative environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory), 3rd language is a plus
