Account Manager, Fine Fragrance

Job Title: Account Manager, FFE

We are a fast-growing team and looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to support business growth.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Understand and achieve account objectives, to help to implement commercial strategy, through account plan.
  • Manage the existing clients for the existing business, develop the project pipelines for new opportunities, drive projects towards the best possible solution for both the client and dsm-firmenich
  • Maintain effective communication with sales manager, collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and development team also other sales colleagues to ensure smooth operations and synergies.
  • Manage products life cycle with MDM, demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure timely and efficient service to clients and good working practices for dsm-firmenich (such as good forecasts)
