As a 3PM Manager Latin América you will be responsible for Support business team in identifying, evaluating, contracting and managing third-party manufacturers for the development and production of finished products for Human Nutrition division.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Identify and assess potential third-party manufacturing (3PM) partners aligned with product and business requirements.
  • Manage 3PM onboarding, including due diligence, capability evaluation, and alignment with internal quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development) to support new product development and commercialization.
  • Negotiate and coordinate contracts with 3PMs, ensuring clear scope, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage project timelines working as a business Partner to the PMO Structure, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Together with the Sales Director, evaluate the product cost breakdowns, integrating production costs, packaging, logistics, and quality assurance elements.
  • Monitor 3PM performance, including manufacturing lead times, product quality, and responsiveness.
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with 3PMs and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting food and supplement manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with legal department to establish contract clauses that address service levels, quality expectations, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability. Support contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.

 

You Bring

 

  • Engineering Background / Master’s degree in a business or technical discipline required.
  • Work experience in procurement or supply chain role                                                                                                                          
  • Experience working at a 3rd party manufacturer or managing 3rd party manufacturers is required                                                      
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP, and quality assurance in food and supplement environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build and interpret cost structures and production scenarios.
  • Advanced in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively across functions and with external partners.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of connecting technical, operational, and commercial dots.
  • Familiarity with contract law principles and experience supporting or negotiating supplier agreements.
  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams to structure commercial contracts.
