Your key responsibilities

在帝斯曼芬美意，安全是第一位的，遵守理解并遵守已确认、并实施的SHE、法律、法规及行业标准及其他要求
SAP维修模块搭建与优化

主导SAP PM模块配置、测试与上线，整合日/周维修计划工单流程至系统。

设计预防性/预测性维护策略、故障代码体系及备件库存逻辑。

维修计划与执行管理

制定并落实设备日度/周度/月度预防性维修计划，协调资源确保工单按时闭环。
监控维修KPI（计划完成率、紧急工单比例），推动持续改进。

主导设备可靠性改善项目

从方案设计（如RCA分析）、执行跟踪到效果验证（如MTBF提升）。

设备可靠性提升

识别高故障设备，制定针对性改善方案（如仪表冗余改造、机械密封升级）。
通过FMEA分析优化维护策略，降低生命周期成本。

跨部门协作与合规：联动生产部门安排维修窗口，最小化生产影响

You bring

本科及以上，仪电、机电一体化、自动化控制相关专业。技能：熟练使用CMMS系统（SAP PM模块经验优先），精通设备故障分析工具（RCA, FMEA）

2年以上化工厂维修/可靠性工作经验，熟悉旋转设备、仪表控制系统。

英语读写流利（可独立编写技术文档、对接国际团队）优先。
有SAP系统实施或主数据管理经验优先。
了解化工行业安全标准（如HAZOP, SIL认证）优先。

证书：持有有效电工证（低压操作资格）优先。
