As our Customer Quality Excellence Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert managing quality inquiries from clients around the world through our internal tool. You'll collaborate with an exceptional Quality Assurance team and work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Customer Care, Operations, and beyond. Your key responsibilities
- Own the quality conversation: Handle requests for manufacturing sites globally, ensuring timely and accurate responses that build client trust.
- Be the quality knowledge hub: Support the QA team by harmonizing responses, templates, and FAQs across sites—making excellence consistent.
- Coordinate like a pro: Compile QA inputs on customer documentation worldwide, gathering insights from operational sites and collaborating with QC, Regulatory, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Operations.
- Keep data flawless: Maintain accuracy in our internal quality database, ensuring information is reliable and up-to-date.
- Drive innovation: Work independently or with teams on projects that improve processes and elevate our quality standards.

You bring
- Scientific foundation: Degree or professional qualification (FP) in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a related field with quality background.
- Quality know-how: Minimum knowledge of certifications like ISO 9001 and food safety standards.
- Communication excellence: Strong skills to interact confidently with business partners and clients across cultures; fluent in English.
- Team-first attitude: Proactive, methodical, well-organized, and a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
