Job Title: Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator

City, Country: Mszczonów, Poland

Work Mode: On site or Hybrid 

 

As Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator you will cooperate closely with managers and employees as well as with external providers to achieve and ensure compliance with the safety requirements through the development and implementation of a plan of Fundamental Security.

This is a substitute cooperation, for a period of approx.1 year. There is possibility of part-time work.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and analyse the compliance with legal requirements and corporate safety, occupational health, environment and property (SHE)

  • Identify key SHE compliance gaps on the site and coordinate actions to close the gaps against agreed objectives and timed targets

  • Manage the changes in the plant in regards to SHE

  • Investigate and report accidents, incidents and near misses

  • Coordinate emergency response planning and the continuous improvement of fire protection system at the plant

  • Ensure that the installation is managed in a technically sound, safe and environmentally acceptable manner, by complying with all requirements

You bring

  • 2+ years of experience in various SHE-related functions & broad knowledge of SHE strategies, policies, practices and regulations

  • Fluent Polish and communicative English

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude with flexible & agile approach

  • Experience in matrix organization in an international company
