Regulatory Specialist

As Regulatory Specialist you will be part of an international team, at the interface between Sales and technical departments. You will, along with your peers, complete regulatory documentation requests for internal and external customers, in a timely manner and following our quality standards. This is and entry position giving future possibility to grow e.g. in Regulatory Affairs.

This is a 1,5-year maternity leave cover, with possibility of extending the cooperation further.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete and prepare questionnaires and documents worldwide, to internal and external customers, in time and in full compliance;
  • Prepare regulatory documentation ensuring high-quality standards are followed;
  • Use in-house data management systems to prepare regulatory documentation;
  • Contact internal experts for further input to documents
  • Align with peers and colleagues, to delivery best-in-class service
  • Follow and prepare Standard Operational Procedures;
  • Provide support and training to Regulatory Assistants RA Documentation;
  • Participate in Regulatory Projects.

You bring:

  • Bachelor degree and above in one of the following areas: Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology or another related scientific field;
  • 1 year of expertise in Regulatory Affairs, ideally with experience in the related industry segments.
  • Strong sense of time and work management, with sharp attention to detail;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
  • Good written and oral communication in English;
  • Strong sense of team player; Understands Business sense – understands its purpose and impact of own area of work and acts accordingly.
