As Project Engineer you will be responsible for working on our FIBRAS project where you will need to ensure the capital master plan for next years. Also, company projects assumptions such as safety procedures, production priorities, compliance, standardizing and so on, must be keep on track according to the project plan.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Developing and creating process drawings such as P&ID's and PFD's for new equipment and changes in current process plants.
  • Leading refurbishment and revamps for equipment defining the scope and all technical aspect which are involved in each single project.
  • Following execution on field according to the project plan and quality requirements, to ensure the activities on field are running according to the approved scope for each project deliverables.
  • Designing and defining the project life cycle using management project methodologies such as PMI and FEL.
  • Dealing with third part companies for cost, quality and time progress in all different project phases until the end of that.
  • Reporting the project status to the project stakeholder based on Brazil and LATAM PMO's for each business unit.

 

You Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other related major.
  • Experience working on contractor management.
  • Experience working with stakeholder management.
  • Self-oriented to manage the Project Live.
  • Knowledge of regulations, instructions and other technical; guidelines for industrial chemical plants.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary projects such as electrical, mechanical, civil.
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
  • Spanish is desired.
