Operational Manager

 

Job Title: Operational Manager

Work Mode: Hybrid 

 

The Operational Manager ensures compliance with the company strategy and policies as well as polish labor law and management directives. In this role you are responsible for information exchange through regular contacts with Global & EMEA team, Finance, HR, Corporate Audit, Corporate QC/QA/SHE, Legal and other functions.  

This is a substitute cooperation, for a period of 1 year.

Your key responsibilities 

  • Providing and managing the premix site: workforce planning, production planning, development of department & employees, project management 

  • Taking part in Regional & Global initiatives and projects to improve and develop operational processes 

  • Responsible for local KPI’s and management of the local team 

  • Managing the company’s economic performance under applicable state regulations and the company owner’s directives by ensuring the availability of necessary resources, proper organization of work and performance control 

  • Translate the company strategy into team and individual goals, organize work to achieve the goals and assure efficiency 

  • Managing customers, establishing long term relationship to strategic accounts, and ensuring in depth intelligence about markets, products and competition

You bring 

  • Master’s degree in food science or relevant 

  • Deep knowledge of operations and business in EMEA, min. 5 years of proven experience in the similar positions in the business 

  • Good knowledge of polish law 

  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) 

  • High learning agility, open-minded personality, influencing and stakeholder’s management skills 

  • Very good communication skills, excellent work organization, ability to work under the stress and time pressure
