Your key responsibilities
- Provides additional fault-finding support and leadership to the craftworker & production teams.
- Provides specialist support on complex equipment and/or systems.
- Provides support to planners in preparation of work packages.
- Coaching and training of craftworker & product teams on critical/ complex pieces of equipment.
- Ensure adherence to Site Schedule.
- Contributes to RCA / FMEAs.
- Follows SHE policy & SHEQ requirements.
- Tracking maintenance performance against required standards and implementing improvements.

You bring
- The successful candidates should have a minimum of a Higher National Certificates in a relevant subject and be willing to work towards degree level.
- Candidates must have demonstrated people management skills and previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
- They must also be able to show effective leadership, good communication and the ability to effect change.
- Other essential behaviours are being flexible, team player, good communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
