Senior Finance analyst - Inventory & Costing (f/m/d)

What you will do:

Are you someone thinking out of the box and share your vision and own your point of view? You will contribute to achieve our strategic growth and innovation targets. We are looking for a bright, motivated colleague to join our Finance team.

 

Location: based in Kaiseraugst near Basel in Switzerland with a hybrid working model.

 

Key areas of responsibility:    

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets and latest estimates in line respecting strict timelines
  • Finance owner Global Costing solution in CFIN
  • Finance owner Premix solution
  • Connect to stakeholders on trends and analysis costprice developments
  • Business acumen on costprice development
  • Drive digital improvements to increase efficiency in processes and improve transparency
  • Drive the standardization and harmonization of costing
  • Responsible for Audit and compliance

You Bring:

  • Degree in finance with a few years of professional work experience in an industrial environment
  • 3 or 5 years working experience in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and process oriented person
  • Ability to operate in cross-functional environment, strong team player with excellent communication skills, ability to build up and maintain a network with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of English, any additional language would be an asset
