We are looking for a Risk Business Partner to join our team! You will be part of the Risk Management team, and working closely with our Health Nutrition & Care Business Units, supporting in identifying, assessing, and managing risks to achieve the strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain the main elements from the Risk & Compliance Framework in the respective unit.
Conduct trainings, workshops and/or risk awareness sessions to increase Risk maturity.
Organize and steer risk related meetings.
Prepare, coordinate, follow-up, and drive execution of the Risk Management year plan.
Facilitate and perform Risk Assessments in specific areas.
Coordinate the Risk & Incident reporting process.
Work closely with risk owners to provide risk oversight, challenge and advise on key decisions, participate in key projects and pro-actively signalling trends and related potential (new) risks.

You bring

Masters in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or other relevant major.
Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
Basic understanding of internal control and internal auditing.
Business understanding and partnering (Problem solving mindset and skills; can-do mentality; influencing without authority; showing co-ownership).
Stakeholder management (engaging with senior leaders; creating buy-in).
Communication & presentation skills.
