Digital Partner - HR, Communications & Branding

 

 

 

The Digital Partner Group is accountable for defining, planning, and driving the digital strategy within a specific domain. In your capacity as a thought leader in your domain, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to examine how digital technologies can create value for our company. This collaboration aims to spark innovation, create a seamless digital experience while safeguarding a rock solid core to drive efficiencies.

 

Your primary responsibility will be to translate organizational aspirations into a comprehensive Digital & Tech strategy spanning multiple years, thereby ensuring concrete business benefits within the domain. This role necessitates close collaboration with business leaders and key stakeholders to harmonize the product portfolio with overarching business objectives and financial targets, all while keeping a keen eye on the total cost of ownership of our Business and Enabling Platforms. 

 

The position will be ideally based in Kaiseraugst or Geneva, Switzerland, or Barcelona, Spain.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the strategic liaison between the domain and the Digital & Tech organization for all requirements. Collaborate with business leaders to drive, define, prioritize, and shape the digital portfolio.
  • Digital Strategy & Transformation: Translate the business strategy into a multi-year D&T portfolio. Identify opportunities for digital transformation, leveraging technology to bring business value. Align BU/DP strategic priorities with D&T priorities.
  • Digital Roadmap: Oversee and drive the domain portfolio of products and services. Make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation, investment, and prioritization to maximize the portfolio's value and impact.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the portfolio (and platforms where applicable), including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure value generation, profitability, and ROI.
  • Business Capability Management: Partner with the business to assess and plan D&T capabilities and skills needed to better serve business needs. Ensure proper delivery, execution, and maintenance of platforms and products.
  • Change Management and User Adoption: Facilitate the adoption of digital solutions and monitor and report on business impacts and KPIs.

You bring

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and all levels within the D&T organization.
  • At least 10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategy.
  • Ability to engage and influence a range of business leaders at Executive Committee level.
  • Strong business acumen with a background in IT or technology to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Experience in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, identifying business challenges, and applying digital solutions to drive business value.
  • Proficient in leveraging data to derive insights that enhance business performance and facilitate the development of AI-driven future-proof services.
  • Familiar with Shared Service Concepts and the potential opportunities they present.
