Job Title:  Digital Partner Taste, Texture and Health - Ingredient Solutions

City, Country: Delft, the Netherlands

As a Digital Partner for the Business Unit of Taste, Texture and Health you will be accountable for defining, planning, and driving the digital strategy for the Ingredient Solutions business. You will work with a diverse stakeholder base to explore how digital can ease the way we run our business and spark new ideas for digital business models based on data & insights.

Key responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement: Strategic entry point between domain and Digital & Tech organization for all needs. Collaborate with business leaders to drive, define, prioritize, and shape the digital portfolio. Close partnership with Taste, Texture and Health Ingredient Solutions Leadership Teams. 
  • Digital strategy & transformation: Translate business strategy into a multiyear Digital & Techportfolio. Identify and exploit opportunities for digital transformation where technology can bring business value. Align Business Unit and Digital & Tech strategic priorities priorities.  
  • Digital roadmap: Oversee the portfolio of digital products and services. Make strategic decisions about resource allocation, investment, and prioritization to maximize the portfolio's value and impact. 
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the portfolio (and platforms, where applicable), including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and ROI
  • Business Capability Management: Partner with business to assess & plan Digital & Tech Capabilities and skills needed for success of platform & product operating model.

You bring:

  • Digital Transformation experience, creating the strategy and tactics to implement digital, automation and analytics technologies, as part of a broader business transformation agenda. Experience in bridging gap between strategy and execution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role
  • Fluency with (emerging) technology trends
  • Experience in consumer, FMCG, health, nutrition, pharmaceutical, flavors or other similar sectors
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way, build trusted relationships, and engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Clear approach to identify business challenges and apply digital to drive business value.
